A rainy day visit to New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art

The nice thing about taking photos in New York is when the weather's lousy, you can still go shoot indoors. 

After filling up on a great lunch at a Columbian place on the Upper East Side called Dulce Vida Cafe (try the Sancocho soup!) We spent the better part of Saturday wandering around The Met. It's amazing how little of the museum you can actually cover in 6 hours. We barely scratched the surface. Here are some photos from the visit. Click on any of them to view them in Lightbox mode.
